The homepage has been designed to enhance user’s productivity, streamline workflows and provide quick access to information. There are a variety of helpful widgets for the users to easily navigate through the Web UI.
Additionally, users can customize their homepage by choosing to show or hide the widgets based on their preferences and workflow requirements.

What are the widgets available in the home dashboard?
Can a user hide all the widgets on the dashboard?

Marking the Homepage as the Default View
The homepage can marked as the default view by clicking on the pin icon in the top right corner.
If the user marks any other folder as their default view, the home dashboard will no longer be the default view for that user. Users can access the Home page by clicking on the Home button in the product navigation bar on the left.
Search for Files and Folders
Enter the criteria in the text box to search for specific files and folders or choose from existing saved searches as shown below.
Quick Create Options
The user can quickly create the documents from the homepage by clicking on the create button and selecting the document type.
Quick Links to Shared and Private Folders
Quick links located below the search bar can be used to quickly navigate to the Shared and Private folders.
Quick links shown below the search bar will depend on the type of user viewing the Homepage. Administrators will see all three buttons – Shared, their Private Folder and All Private Folders. Power users will be able to see Shared and their Private Folder buttons, while the Standard user will not see any of these buttons. Similarly, users from domains who have disabled private folders will not see any of these buttons.
Copilot Hub Widget
The widget displays Knowledge bases or Smart Apps the user can access, listed by recent usage. Users can click Go to Copilot Hub to navigate to the complete Copilot Hub page.
This widget is only available to the domain who have copilot hub add-on enabled.
Bookmarks Widget
The bookmarks widget lists all of the user’s bookmarked folders. The user can remove any of the bookmarked folders displayed in the widget by clicking on the Remove bookmark icon.
Click on Remove to confirm.
If the user removes any bookmarks from the home dashboard, it will also be removed under the bookmarks menu item on the left menu bar.
Recent Files Widget
The recent files widget lists up to 30 of the recently files accessed. Users can click on the view all recents button to navigate to the complete list.
Links Widget
The Links widget list the links shared and received by order of recency.
Admins can access the All tab to view links created across the domain. Power Users can access Received and Shared tabs. Users can quickly copy the link using the copy row action shown in the screenshot below.
Secure & Govern Widgets
Administrators can view Sensitive Content by Source & Risk and Sensitive Content by Policy widgets that show data from Secure & Govern.
User can filter the sensitive content by source and risk using the dropdown option. Similarly, chart can be filtered by source for sensitive content locations by policy.
Users can click on any of the pie slices or bars or hover over different sections of the chart and click on view locations (navigating to Secure & Govern) to dive deeper.
Secure and Govern widgets will be available to the domains with S&G included as an add-on.
Projects Widget
The Projects widget lists up to 30 project folders that user can access, listed by recent usage.
The widget will be visible only to the domains that have Projects Dashboard available as an add-on.
Customize the Homepage
Users can now customize their homepage by choosing to show or hide specific widgets.
Click on the gear Icon on the top right corner of the homepage and select or unselect the checkbox for each widget to show or hide.
If there is only one widget displayed on the dashboard, the user cannot hide it.
Alternatively, users can use the three-dot menu available on every widget to hide the widget. Once hidden, users can choose to show it again using the gear icon at the top-right.

Can a user reposition widgets on the dashboard?
No, currently, repositioning widgets is not supported on the homepage.
Can a user hide all the widgets on the dashboard?
No, at least one widget should be showing up on the homepage at all times. If the user tries to hide the last widget, they will receive an alert.
Can a user open the files directly from the "Recent Files" widget?
Yes, the user can open any recent files displayed on the home dashboard by clicking on the file name.
Can a user navigate to the bookmarked folders from the "Bookmarks" widget?
Yes, the user can navigate to any bookmarked folders displayed on the home dashboard by clicking on the folder name.
Can a user create their own personalized widgets?
No, the users cannot create any personalized widgets on the homepage. However, they can customize the homepage by choosing to show or hide the desired widgets.
Can an admin enable or disable certain widgets for other users?
No, the admin cannot enable or disable widgets for other users.
