End Of Support & Life Timeline

Out with the old and in with the new! The following is a list of products that are no longer supported by Egnyte.  

What does End of Support mean?

This means that if customers need support for one of the following features, they will be required to upgrade to a supported platform first. Please refer to the linked Helpdesk articles to get more information and upgrade instructions for each product or version. If you have any questions, please contact support@egnyte.com.

What does End of Life mean?

When a version reaches end of life, Egnyte will no longer support the back-end infrastructure needed for the version to work as expected, and may even actively block the corresponding versions from communicating with the cloud. It is important that you upgrade your version to the latest before and end of life date.
