End of Life for Egnyte Desktop Sync

Background

Egnyte Desktop Sync has been an integral part of our product lineup and has served our customers for several years. While the support for Desktop Sync ended in 2019, we are now announcing the official end of life for the product as of April 30th, 2024. 

What Does This Mean for You?

After April 30th, 2024, all backend services for Desktop Sync and all its functionality will be shut down. To help you transition from Desktop Sync to Desktop App, we have prepared a helpdesk article to guide you through the process.
