Issues Addressed
Accessing Calendar While Creating Workflows
There was an issue in the Due Date picker while creating To Do or Review workflows, where the full calendar was not displayed. Users had to decrease the Google Chrome browser zoom level to view the entire calendar. Additionally, the due date format was not displayed correctly.
Formatting Issues in Converting Word Document to PDF
The conversion of the Word document in PDF resulted in formatting discrepancies compared to the original document.
Error While Reactivating Standard Users Deactivated Due to Automatic Expiration
There was an error when admins tried to reactivate standard users deactivated due to automated expiration using the Bulk User Action -> Activate option.
Accessing Project Folder After Pushing Metadata via APIs
Customers used Public APIs to run the Project Folder API on specific folders’ data sets. However, after pushing additional metadata via APIs, the project folders became inaccessible on the Web UI.
Egnyte Sign - Entering Values in Drop-Down Options
There was an issue where, while creating a drop-down field in Egnyte Sign with multiple options, the cursor focus automatically shifted to another option field after entering the first character. The users, as a result, could not enter the desired option values.
