Contract Analyst - Overview (Limited Availability)

Contract Analyst is a purpose-built AI agent designed to make contracts easy to understand, act on, and trust. It enables teams to ask questions, uncover key provisions, and identify potential risks while giving users a clear answer in plain language and a comprehensive view of their contracts.

Financial agreement review: Analyzes policies, trusts, partnership terms, and promissory notes to quickly identify key terms, risks, and obligations, reducing manual review and improving productivity.

 

Key Capabilities

  • The Contract Analyst Dashboard displays key metrics based on selected folder(s) and related data. Metrics include Total contracts, Renewal clauses, Termination clauses, and Payment terms
  • Contracts are categorized by type and displayed in a pie chart divided into subcategories such as NDA, Employment, Sales, Licensing, and other contract types
  • Contracts are further organized by expiration date for easy tracking
  • Users can view all contracts and filter them by Folder(s), Contract Type, or Smart Tags. Options are available to export and edit the view
  • The Single Contract View allows users to see the content and details of individual contracts
    • Extracted fields appear as Smart Tags, with filtering options by selected tags. Users can click citations within each tag to view the source information
    • The Ask (Q&A) feature provides answers based on contract content and extracted smart tags. Users can also use prompts, such as Generate Summary to create quick summaries.
  • The Files to Review tab lists documents that are not identified as contracts. Users can choose to reprocess files marked as Not a Contract, if needed
  • Users can configure the Contract Analyst agent to edit the name, icon, description, and folder(s). Insights are refreshed based on the folder(s) selected
