Egnyte Copilot, a new AI-powered conversational interface, enables users to create and utilize Knowledge Bases effectively.
A Knowledge Base is a folder converted into a smart information hub for easy access and retrieval. Users can ask questions and get quick answers from these Knowledge Bases. The folder, once converted into a Knowledge Base, provides responses to the user's questions. Users can also verify sources, regenerate responses, provide feedback, and use suggested questions within the Knowledge Base.

- An Egnyte admin account or Folder ‘Owner’ permissions to create a knowledge base on a particular folder.
