Web UI - Self-Service Links for Signature Requests

External Release Notes: Web UI (August 21, 2025)

New Features And Enhancements

Self-Service Links for Signature Requests

Egnyte now offers the ability to create self-service links for signature requests using the templates. A single link can be posted on websites, forums, or communication channels, allowing multiple people to open it and sign the same set of documents.

This helps save time by avoiding the need to send individual requests, makes it easy to collect signatures from people whose email addresses are not known, and works well for high-volume signature requirements such as NDAs, waivers, consent forms, or event registrations.

- The following features are not available for trial accounts: creation of self-service links, bulk-signature requests, adding external users, and forwarding signatures to external users.
- Self-Service links can be created for the templates with a single role only. For templates with multiple roles, the option to create a self-service link will be disabled.
- Egnyte Sign is available as part of the PDF File Handler Add-On. Contact your account manager or Egnyte Sales Team team to get access to this feature.

Download Requested Documents Before Signing

Egnyte now enables users to download documents requested for their signature before signing. This makes it possible to review the content or get it checked by others before completing the process. It also helps in verifying details, clarifying terms, or preparing any required information before signing.

Search Users by Email Address in User Management Settings

Egnyte now provides the ability to search users by their email address in user management settings.

This helps in finding users from a specific domain without scrolling through long lists, saving time and improving accuracy when updating or reviewing account information.
