Users can update or change the email address on file from the Web UI. It's important to keep your email address up-to-date, so you can always get signed in and receive important notifications.
Admins can also change email addresses on behalf of their users.
Change Email Address
- Click on Profile button
- Open the My Preferences option on the left side of the screen.
- In the Profile section, update your email address and click Save at the bottom of the page.
- You'll be asked to verify your password to change the email address.
- Once the email address is changed, you'll still need to verify your email address by responding to the confirmation email you'll receive at the new email address.
- Once the change has been validated, you'll see a confirmation screen.
