New Features and Enhancements
Enhanced Legal Hold User Interface (UI)
The Legal Hold interface features a cleaner list view and an updated hold creation dialog. The refreshed design makes it easier to navigate and manage legal holds.
Custom Trigger Date for Content Lifecycle Policies
Content Lifecycle policies now support custom trigger dates in addition to creation and last access. Any date-based metadata defined in Collaborate will be available to select as the custom trigger date when creating a Content Lifecycle policy.
