Browser Redirection for Checkbox and Radio Button Sign Requests
To ensure full compatibility with advanced document fields, Egnyte Sign requests containing checkboxes or radio buttons now automatically redirect to the mobile browser for completion.
Standard signature requests without these specific fields continue to open directly within the mobile app. Native mobile support for checkbox and radio button fields is scheduled to be released at a later date.

Visit the Apple AppStore to download the latest version of the Egnyte iOS Mobile App for Intune (v 9.5.1) or update the existing app to the newest version on all devices. It may take up to seven days for the latest version to propagate to all user devices. However, users can manually upgrade their app immediately after the release.
