New Features And Enhancements
Multi-Folder Support for Document Triggers
The Document added to a folder trigger now supports up to 20 folder selections within a single template. Previously, users had to create separate templates for every individual folder; they can now apply the same workflow across multiple folders simultaneously.
This update reduces template setup effort and simplifies workflow management for similar automation needs.
Total Item Count in Deleted Items Tab
Egnyte now displays the total number of deleted items in the Trash under the Deleted Items tab. When the count goes beyond 50,000, it is shown as >50k. This gives users a clear indication of how many items are present in the Trash at all times, including applied filters, making it easier to manage items and restore or permanently delete them as needed.
Additional Information And Resources
The current release contains a few improvements to existing functionality.
- As part of usability improvements, minor adjustments have been made to co-edit labels in the context menu.
