Folders with Japanese Characters Appeared Empty in File Explorer
In some cases, folders with Japanese characters in their name appeared empty in the Desktop App, even though their contents were visible in the Egnyte web interface.
Cloud Connection Toggle Does Not Stay Enabled When Smart Cache is Available
An issue where switching the connection mode from Hybrid Connection to Cloud failed and immediately reverted back, preventing users from selecting Cloud as their preferred connection.

How to Upgrade
Visit the Desktop App installers article to download and install the latest version of the Desktop App or update the existing app to the newest version on all the devices. It may take a few days for the latest version to propagate to all user devices. However, users can manually upgrade their app immediately after the release.
