New Features and Enhancements
Support for 'Many-to-One' Permission Mapping (Limited Availability)
Users can now upload a single CSV file for one-on-one and many-to-one permissions mappings instead of two different files. This makes the user permission mapping simpler and minimizes the chances of errors or mismatches during bulk permission updates.
This feature is currently in Limited Availability. To request this feature, contact the Products team.
Tooltips and Learn More Options for Configuring the Agent
Tooltips have been added for each of the fields in the system tray for improved user understanding and elevated end-user experience. The Learn more link is also included redirecting the users to the associated helpdesk article.
