New Features and Enhancements
View and Manage All Domain Workflows
Admins now have the ability to view and manage all domain workflows from Workflows & Signature ->All domain workflows option. They can expand a workflow to view the associated steps, edit/cancel a workflow. This provides admins with the option to manage all the workflows from one place, ensuring better visibility.
Read Purview Label from a File
Egnyte now supports reading the Purview label from a file that is uploaded, created, or edited, and automatically adds the label details as Egnyte metadata on that file. This capability applies to both Purview labels with and without access control or encryption.
Add Purview Label as Egnyte Metadata
This feature enables users to leverage Egnyte metadata added through this mechanism to search for files in Egnyte that already carry a Purview label but that were not labeled by Egnyte’s own integration with Purview.
Issues Addressed
SharePoint Online Authentication Issue
Users were unable to authenticate the Egnyte for SharePoint integration due to a missing callback in the authorization flow. After clicking "Allow access," the authorization window closed without sending the required callback to SharePoint, resulting in login failures with "invalid username/password" errors even when credentials were correct.
