New Features and Enhancements
Improvements in E-Signature’s Certificate of Completion
The Certificate of Completion for completed E-Signature requests now includes a standardized header and footer for a consistent look and feel across all documents. The timestamp displayed in the certificate has been updated to follow the UTC timezone for all users. The layout and formatting have also been refined for better readability and presentation.
Egnyte Sign is available as part of the PDF File Handler Add-On. Contact the account manager or Egnyte Sales team to get access to this feature.
Show Recent File Versions Auto-Enabled with Co-Editing MS Office Files
When sharing a co-editable file link for MS Office files, the Show Recent File Versions link property will be automatically enabled and cannot be changed. This ensures that collaborators co-edit the most recent version of the file.
Issues Addressed
Context Menu Options for BIM File Previews
In the BIM file previewer, right-click context menu options for objects in .rvt and .dxf files were not functioning as expected. The same actions continued to work from the top ribbon menu.
Settings to Disable Mobile Access
The upgrade option appeared in the settings for enabling the Advanced Device Controls feature, which resulted in an error when clicked.
UI Issue in Calendar for User Expires Field
There was a UI issue where the calendar for the User Expires field was blocked by the Two-step Login Verification slider while reactivating a standard user. This occurred for all standard users in both Chrome and Edge browsers.
