New Features and Improvements
Support for MacOS Tahoe
Egnyte DA Core officially supports macOS Tahoe ensuring a seamless performance on Apple’s latest operating system. Please note there are a couple of minor visual issues still being worked on - fixes for them will be provided in upcoming releases. DA Core Ends Support For MacOS Ventura
We are discontinuing support for macOS Ventura. The latest version is not installable on this macOS, and previous versions cannot be upgraded to version 1.11.0.
Search in This Folder
We have reintroduced the Search in this folder option, now compatible with the new Desktop App interface. It is available in the Egnyte Actions menu (right-click).
When used, a search window opens with the filter of the search view. Search executed this way will be narrowed down to the selected folder.
Sync Status Indicator
We have introduced a sync status indicator which is always visible in Desktop App UI reflecting synchronisation status of Offline folders, Connected folders and any ongoing uploads.

No new limitations have been discovered.

How to Upgrade
Visit the Desktop App installers article to download and install the latest version of the Desktop App or update the existing app to the newest version on all the devices. It may take a few days for the latest version to propagate to all user devices. However, users can manually upgrade their app immediately after the release.
