New Features And Enhancements
Edit the Latest Prompt in Agents, Copilot, and Knowledge Bases
Users now have the option to edit the most recent prompt in Agents, Copilot, and Knowledge Bases during their interaction with either of these tools.
This is useful for users to quickly correct typos, add more context, or refine their request, helping them get more accurate and relevant responses without having to retype the entire prompt.
Consent Control in Feedback for Responses in Agents, Copilot, and Knowledge Bases
When users provide negative feedback on a response in Agents, Copilot, and Knowledge Bases, a pop-up appears explaining that Egnyte may review logs to investigate the issue. Users can choose to give consent or opt out. Egnyte will only use logs to address the user issue.

The current release contains a few improvements to existing functionality.

- Minor bug fixes
These changes will be available to all users by September 18, 2025.
