E-signature templates can be used to send across signature requests using Self-Service Links, that is, creating multiple requests through a link which can be shared on any platform like websites, forums, channels and more.
This makes it easier for a user to get signatures on the same documents, such as NDAs, waivers, and others from different signers whose email address are unknown.
Admins can create Self-Service Links from the pre-configured templates. It is essential that the Admin has already created the links beforehand for any other signature creator to use.
- The following features are not available for trial accounts: creation of self-service links, bulk-signature requests, adding external users, and forwarding signatures to external users..
- Egnyte Sign is available as part of the PDF File Handler Add-On. Contact your account manager or Egnyte Sales Team team to get access to this feature.
