New Features And Enhancements
UI Enhancements for Workflow Templates and Workflows
The UI language in the Workflow Templates and the Workflows pane has been refined to improve clarity and readability, enhancing the overall user experience.
Larger PDF Files Supported in Ask
Egnyte now supports larger, image-based PDF documents in the Ask Q&A feature, increasing the file size limit from 20 MB to 50 MB.
With this enhancement, Egnyte can analyze image-heavy PDFs, such as scanned documents, enabling the users to ask questions from a broader range of files.
Issues Addressed
Invalid Access to PDF Editor from Windows Menu
There was an issue in the Windows desktop where Edit PDF was visible to all users if they right clicked on a PDF file and selected more Egnyte actions. However, attempts to modify the PDF did not work unless the domain had the right plan and add-ons. This has been addressed so that the option is no longer available to users without the right plans or add-ons.
