New Features And Enhancements
Auto-Remediation - External Link Issues
Users can now create Auto-Remediation Rules for External Link as the issue type.
Users can customize the auto-remediation rule based on the issue severity, presence of sensitive content, or item type (file or folder). Possible actions include deleting the link(s), delegating the issue, or dismissing the issue.
Ability to Pause Archival and Deletion Policies
Admins can now pause the processing of files that are matched in Archival and Deletion policies. This will allow organizations to run archival and deletion based on their internal change management processes if files should only be moved or deleted during specific timeframes.
