If your firewall allows a wildcard hostname when setting up rules, we recommend using the hostname for  Wildcard (All services). If specific sites or hostnames are required in your firewall, the table below shows service specific hostnames. Simply replace the domain with your actual domain (customer account) name.

Active Directory, External HSM, and Custom SMTP IP Addresses

If you use a Directory Service Integration, like Microsoft Active Directory and/or external HSM and/or are using a custom SMTP email server with your domain, then allow the following IP subnets. These subnets can be utilized alongside the hostnames within your Directory Service Integration, especially if hostnames cannot be used.

Starting from March 1st, 2023 we will start to utilize the new IP addresses listed below (irrespective of the data center location).

Location Default IP Subnet Address

As of April 1st, 2023, all communication from legacy IPs listed below (based on data center location) has been ceased.

Mail Server IP Addresses

To ensure users are able to receive all emails from Egnyte, add the following IP addresses to your allowed sites.

If using a custom SMTP email server, allow the data center IP address as well as the email server IP, depending on the location from the table above.
