New Features and Enhancements
Time-based One-time Password (TOTP) Authentication
TOTP is now available to enhance the security of user accounts by adding an additional layer of authentication beyond the username and password.
In order to switch from Authy to TOTP( e.g. Google or Microsoft authenticator), Admins can Reset the TSLV for the individual user(s) and re-enroll using TOTP.
The TSLV reset also be done in bulk for multiple users using Import Users and Groups feature.
A Dedicated Menu Option for Folder Permissions
Folder Permissions is now available as a dedicated menu option. It enables the users to easily provide or modify the folder permissions without navigating to the Share menu.
Egnyte Sign - Requests Remain Active with Document Updates
Signature requests remain active even if the document sent for signature is updated with a new version. The ongoing signature requests will continue to reference the original document, and the templates will also be based on the version initially shared when the request was sent.
