The Share link feature in Desktop app allows users to easily share files with a customizable set of permissions.
Key Features of the Share Link Experience
Seamless Integration
The share link interface is embedded within the Desktop App, ensuring that the user remains within the app environment. This integration enhances workflow continuity and reduces the interruptions caused by switching between different applications.

Users can choose the visibility of the shared file by selecting who can access it: anyone, specific people, or those with a password. Users can allow or restrict file downloads, set co-editing permissions, and even control whether others can see the most recent version of the file.
