New Features and Improvements
Signatures Dashboard
A new Signatures tab has been added to the Egnyte iOS app, giving users a dedicated space to view and act on Egnyte Sign requests assigned to them. The new tab provides a single location to track requests by status, including In Progress, Completed, Declined, and Canceled, without leaving the app. Users can tap any pending request to open the signing experience directly in the app, with a confirmation displayed upon completion.
iOS 26 Visual Updates
The Egnyte iOS app has been updated to support the visual design introduced in iOS 26, including compatibility with Apple's Liquid Glass styling applied to navigation bars, tab bars, and other interface elements. Users on iOS 26 will notice a new floating tab bar at the bottom of the screen, along with the updated system style rendered across key screens and components, with improvements to color contrast, spacing, and accessibility.
Issues Addressed
PDF Preview Slowness on iPad
Some users experienced slow page loading or app freezes when previewing large PDF files on iPad, particularly when navigating beyond the first few pages of complex documents. This has been resolved through an update to the PDF rendering component, and large PDFs now load and display correctly in the in-app preview.

How to Upgrade
Visit the Apple AppStore to download the latest version of the Egnyte iOS Mobile App (v 9.11) or update the existing app to the newest version on all devices. It may take up to seven days for the latest version to propagate to all user devices. However, users can manually upgrade their app immediately after the release.
