Issues Addressed
Orphaned Zero-Byte Files Left Behind After Working With Adobe Illustrator Files Using Adaptive Block Caching
The transient temporary files created by Adobe Illustrator during a save could be uploaded and left behind in a shared Egnyte folder as permanent, empty (0 byte) files. These orphaned files could not be removed by quitting the app, reconnecting, or restarting the Mac, and would accumulate over time. The issue was affecting only drives using Adaptive Block Caching. The Desktop App now ignores these temporary files instead of uploading them.
Persistent, Non-Clearing "Files Skipped" Alert Caused by Folder Conflict
The system tried to sync a folder with local only content into the cloud where the original folder had been replaced by a new one, and caused a sync conflict without any action from the user resulting in a permanent Files Skipped alert in the Desktop App.
Users still need to manually ensure conflict does not happen (at least by renaming folders), and then Force Upload the skip to avoid conflict.

How to Upgrade
Visit the Desktop App installers article to download and install the latest version of the Desktop App or update the existing app to the newest version on all the devices. It may take a few days for the latest version to propagate to all user devices. However, users can manually upgrade their app immediately after the release.
