Egnyte offers users the ability to configure and add agents using the Marketplace, making it easier to find agents that address specific business needs without having to build them from scratch.
This feature is available for Platform Plans with AI add-on and included in the New Generation Platform plans. Contact the Egnyte account manager or Egnyte Sales team for more information.
Access Agent Marketplace
- Navigate to AI -> Agents
- Click on Marketplace at the top or from the Create Your Own Agent tile.
Create an Agent from Marketplace
- Click on any of the available agents from the Marketplace. Users can click on a specific category to see refined results or search for a specific agent using the search option at the top. Click on the desired agent.
Agent details, such as description, problem, suited for, capabilities, category, and a few sample questions will be displayed. Click on +Configure & add to configure and add the agent.

The option to configure and add the agent will be disabled if the agent requires connectors that are not enabled for the organization. Admins shall enable access to continue adding such agents.
- The details will be pre-filled for the selected agent for the users to review and edit. Users can modify the details as required, test the agent, and then create them for use. They can follow the steps to create the agent to complete agent creation.
- The agent will then be created and will be available for use.
