New Features and Enhancements
Agent Step in Next Generation Workflows
Egnyte now offers the ability to the users to add the Agent step in their workflows. The Agent step allows users to use any of the preconfigured agents for the domain. The agent reads the document and understands its content and can automate time-consuming repetitive tasks for users.
- Agent step is available to the customers on Elite or Ultimate plans. Contact the Egnyte account manager or Egnyte Sales team for more information.
- This feature is not available for GxP domains and will be made available in a future update.
Retention of Web Search Preference
AI Assistant now remembers the Web Search preference across new chats, eliminating the need to enable it each time a conversation starts. Web Search remains disabled by default when users sign in from a new browser session or device.
