Accessing and Using Project Center on Mobile

The Project Center provides a dedicated, project-first view in the Egnyte iOS app, aggregating all folders designated as Projects into a single dashboard. Users can locate and open their active projects without navigating deeply nested folder hierarchies.

This feature is available for all customers that have Projects Hub enabled. Contact your Account Manager or Egnyte Sales team to get this feature.

Accessing Project Center

The Project Center is accessible from the app's Home screen. The Projects widget displays a preview of the user's most recent projects; tapping View All opens the full Project Center dashboard, where all projects accessible to the signed-in user are listed in one place, respecting existing access controls and permissions.

Filtering Projects

A filter bar allows users to narrow the project list by one or more of the following criteria:

  • Status: filters projects by their current status (for example, Pending, in Progress)
  • Start Date: filters projects by their configured start date (for example, Last 24 hours)
  • End Date: filters projects by their configured end date (for example, Last 24 hours)
  • Last Accessed:  filters projects by the date they were most recently opened (for example, Last 90 days)

Filters can be combined to narrow results further.

Opening a Project

Tapping a project in the Project Center opens it directly, providing access to its files, folders, Project Dashboard, and Project Settings.
