New Features and Enhancements
2-Way Sync Supported Between Egnyte and Autodesk
Egnyte now supports a new 2-way Sync option for Autodesk Forma integration, allowing users to synchronize files, folders, and project metadata between Egnyte and Autodesk Forma. This helps project teams work with consistent project information across both platforms and improves collaboration across project stakeholders.
This integration is available on all plans with the Project Hub except for Platform Business or AFS plans. Contact the Egnyte account manager or Egnyte Sales team for more information.
Egnyte Sign - Alignment and Distribution of Signature Fields
Egnyte now offers alignment and distribution options for signature fields when sending signature requests, including requests created from templates. Users can select multiple signature fields and align them to the left, right, top, bottom, or centre, as well as distribute them evenly either vertically or horizontally.
This helps users create more organized signature documents, reduces the time spent arranging fields, and ensures signature requests are easier for recipients to review and complete.
Egnyte Sign is available as part of the PDF File Handler Add-On. Contact the Egnyte account manager or Egnyte Sales team to get access to this feature.
Issues Addressed
Loading Error on Contract Analyst Dashboard
Users were experiencing issues loading data on the Contract Analyst dashboard, resulting in an error being displayed when accessing the dashboard.
Content Safeguards Policy - File Preview Issue in Downloadable Links
Users were unable to preview files accessed through downloadable folder links when a Content Safeguards policy was configured with Allow Download set to No.
My Google Drive Visible for the Domain
The My Google Drive option was visible in the Web UI file and folder listing for users who had not manually enabled it.
Issues with Web UI Responsiveness
There were issues with Web UI responsiveness for customers with large folder listings, impacting certain operations such as uploads and folder navigation.
