New Features And Enhancements
Email Notifications for Workflow Templates and Conditions
Egnyte now sends automated email notifications to the workflow creators in the scenarios as listed below. These notifications include direct links to the workflow enabling the creators to quickly identify and resolve associated errors.
- Email alerts for workflow limits
- Immediate trigger failure notifications
- Automated step failure alerts
Egnyte Sign - Drag and Drop Fields to Other Pages
Users can now drag & drop and move fields across pages in the document when sending it for a signature request. Previously, once a field was placed on a specific page, it could not be moved to another page and needed to be re-added. This enhancement provides greater flexibility while preparing documents and makes it quicker to adjust field placement without additional steps.
Issues Addressed
Incorrect Dates in Metadata Sections and Project Dashboard
Project start and end dates displaying inconsistently across metadata searches and project dashboards for newly created or updated Project folders. Dates are now properly localized to the user's timezone and consistently applied across all search and filtering operations for new projects, ensuring accurate date-based project discovery.
