External Release Notes: Web UI (February 5, 2026)
New Features and Enhancements
Egnyte Sign - Request Name in Email Subject and Body
Egnyte Sign now displays the signature request name in the subject and body of the email notifications. This makes it easier for the recipients to immediately recognize the purpose of the request. Additionally, it would improve clarity, speed up responses, and reduce the chance of missed or ignored signature emails.
Egnyte Sign is available to all customers with the PDF File Handler Add-On. Contact the account manager or Egnyte Sales team for more information.
