Contract Analyst (Limited Availability)
Contracts Analyst is a purpose-built AI agent designed to intelligently review contracts to uncover key provisions and potential risks, providing greater clarity and control.
The agent has been designed to operate at scale across industries. Contracts Analyst delivers the greatest impact in Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC), Financial Services, and Media & Entertainment.
Contract Analyst dashboard displays key metrics as Total contracts, Renewal clauses, Termination clauses, and Payment terms. It also displays the graphs to show Contracts by type and expiration date.
Users can view all contracts and click on any individual contract to see key data and smart tags extracted from the document. Excluded files can also be reviewed and reprocessed, as needed.
This feature is currently in Limited Availability for all customers having the Copilot add-on. To request this feature, contact our Products team.
