New Features and Improvements
Built-In CCPA Policy Updated to CPRA
The built-in California Consumer Protection Act classification policy has been updated to meet the requirements of the California Privacy Rights Act. The new criteria could lead to additional file matching for active CCPA or CPRA policies.
Document Labeling Metadata Carry Over Automatically to New Versions
Document Labeling policies now have a configuration option that allows for the metadata written by the policy to be automatically carried over when a new version is created, before the file is reanalyzed to identify if it still matches the policy.
Automatic Document Labeling for All Active Content Classification Policies
In Document Labeling, there is now an option to automatically create document labels for all active classification policies, removing the need to manually create labeling policies for each desired classification policy.
Removal of 10,000 Folder Limit for Moving Folders to Inactive
The previous limit of 10,000 folders per job for both manual and policy-based moving of folders has now been removed.
