Egnyte for M365 (MS Teams, MS Copilot, and Outlook)

Egnyte now offers universal integration across Microsoft 365 (including MS Teams, MS Copilot, and Outlook). 

• Microsoft Teams: View, edit, and share Egnyte files directly within Teams channels and chats. Quickly insert secure links to recent files and manage associated Egnyte folders without leaving Teams.
• Microsoft Copilot: Generate summaries and answers based on Egnyte content through Copilot in Teams, Outlook, or the M365 web interface. Responses include direct file references for quick preview and sharing.
• Microsoft Outlook: Insert secure Egnyte links, access files, and reference document content while composing emails, making collaboration faster and more controlled.

This integration allows Egnyte content to be accessed and used directly within everyday M365 workflows, eliminating the need to switch between platforms. Egnyte’s Microsoft 365 integration streamlines collaboration and keeps content protected with existing permissions and security policies in place.
