Admins can enable Egnyte to continue reading and importing Purview labels without interruption by reauthorizing the Egnyte application using Microsoft Global Administrator credentials within the Secure & Govern portal.
- Administrators need to login to Secure & Govern and navigate to Settings-> Content Sources -> Microsoft Content Source
- Click on Authorize next to Import labels
- Complete the reauthorization flow by providing Microsoft Global Administrator credentials and accepting requested permissions
The status of Import labels will become Active.
