How to Navigate the Replication Job Dashboard

The steps below explain how to view and edit existing Replication jobs.

Click on Secure & Govern -> Settings -> Content Lifecycle
Scroll down to the On-demand Archivals, Migrations & Replication Jobs panel. Then click on Replications.
Select the specific job to access the job status page.
From this page, the user can view the status of the job. Note that the UI is refreshed only 2-3 times per hour.
- If the job status is Pending or In Progress, the user has the option to Pause or Cancel Replication.
  
  If paused, the job will remain in a Paused state until it is resumed. The user can resume the job by clicking the Resume button on the job status page.
- If it is possible to True-Up the job, an Initiate True-Up button will appear here to manually trigger a True-Up.
When the job is Done, the user can download the Replication Summary Report which contains more detailed information about the job.

The user also has the option to Finalize the job, which means replication is complete and no more True-Ups can be performed.
