Egnyte provides its users with the ability to generate the summary of the link being shared via email and include it as a message for the recipient(s).
When the users share file and folder links in the Web UI, they get an option to email the link after setting the link properties.
Click on Generate Summary option to get the AI-generated summary of the file or folder being shared.
The summary will be generated and it will appear in the message box.
Users can continue to share the link while the summary is being generated. In this case, the email will be sent without the summary included as an optional message.
If the user has already typed a message and then clicks on the Generate Summary option, the summary will be generated and added after their message.
The summary will be generated only when a single file or folder is selected for being shared via email.
