New Features and Enhancements
Prompts In Knowledge Base and Egnyte's AI Assistant
Knowledge Base and Egnyte's AI Assistant now offer users prompts to guide their interactions with documents. Users can start their conversation either by clicking on any of the prompts or suggested questions or by typing their own question.
During the creation of a knowledge base users will now have an option to select the relevant prompts from the prompt library to display in the knowledge base.
In Egnyte's AI Assistant, prompts are displayed based on the document tag.

The current release contains a few improvements to existing functionality.
- Minor performance, security, and stability improvements
- Minor UI improvements
- Minor bug fixes
These changes will be available to all users by October 24, 2024.
