Issues Addressed

Delayed Download for Password-Protected Share Links

Users experienced a delay when attempting to download files from a password-protected share link. This delay was observed mainly on larger files that were associated with the share link.

Unable to Assign Due Dates to Workflows in Spanish Language Settings

Users were not able to assign due dates to workflows when the WebUI’s language was set to Spanish. This affected both the date selection from the calendar and when inputting the dates manually.

Incorrect Information in Folder Permission Report

The folder permission report does not display None permissions for subfolders, even when explicitly applied.

Issues in Metadata Stamped Version Management

The deletion of older file versions created under the Document label deleted the current file from the system.

Assigning Permissions to Existing Groups in Project Folder Templates

When creating a project template, users could populate a JSON file that automatically assigned permissions to the mapped folder structure. The issue prevented users from assigning permissions to an existing group.

Issues with Image Quality on File Preview

Image files in the preview were shown to be enlarged and with lower quality for Viewer-Only permissions.
