New Features and Enhancements
Multidomain Support
A single Salesforce org can now connect to multiple Egnyte domains, with each Salesforce record automatically syncing to the appropriate domain based on its configured routing. Each connected domain supports independent sync configurations, permissions, folder templates, metadata settings, and display options. Existing single-domain deployments continue to work without requiring migration or reconfiguration.
This enables organizations to manage multiple Egnyte domains from a single Salesforce org while ensuring records and their associated content are routed to the correct domain. Domain-specific configurations and permissions provide greater flexibility for managing different business units or environments, while domain-aware navigation and validation help simplify administration and maintain accurate mappings across connected domains.
