New Features and Enhancements
AI Auto-Tagging for Project Template Folders
Egnyte now automatically applies smart tags to folders in Project Templates whenever folders are added, modified, or removed from the template structure. This keeps Project Templates organized and makes folders easier to search and manage.
When tagging is complete, a notification appears in the Notification Center with the following options:
- Open tag columns to review the tag edits – Opens the associated folder displaying the newly applied tags for review
- Download tag report – Generates a report listing all tags applied across the Project Template
Automated tagging reduces the need for manual tag management and helps maintain consistent, searchable project content as templates evolve.
AI Auto-Tagging for Project template folders is only available to customers on AEC plans. Contact your Egnyte account manager or the Sales team for more information.
