iOS Files App Integration Showing Content Unavailable
Users navigating the Egnyte app through the native iOS Files app were unable to view files in folders, a Content Unavailable error was displayed instead of file listings, despite authentication and folder navigation working correctly. This issue has been resolved and files are now displayed as expected within the iOS Files app integration.

How to Upgrade
Visit the Apple AppStore to download the latest version of the Egnyte iOS Mobile App (v 9.9.1) or update the existing app to the newest version on all devices. It may take up to seven days for the latest version to propagate to all user devices. However, users can manually upgrade their app immediately after the release.
