The AADSTS50105 error indicates that access to the Egnyte enterprise application is restricted to assigned users or groups in Microsoft Entra ID. If a user has not been assigned to the application, Entra ID blocks the sign-in request before it reaches Egnyte.

Option 1: Assign the User Directly
- In the Entra portal, open the SSO application.
- In the menu on the left, click Users and groups.
- Click the + Add user/group button.
- In the search box, search for the user and select them.
- Click Select at the bottom.
- Click Assign to confirm the choice.
Option 2: Assign Via a Group
Add the user email address to an Entra group that is already assigned to the Egnyte app.
