In some cases, you may have the active domain also set as an archive destination in the Content Lifecycle settings. An example of this will be if you want to use an archive policy to move files to a staging area within the active domain before moving them out of active to the archive domain. When you have a configuration like this, separate credentials need to be used to authorize the two connections to the active domain. Using the same credentials for both can cause authorization conflicts which will lead to one being disconnected.
