Automated Incident Created from S&G for ServiceNow Workflows
Incident creation for ServiceNow workflows can now be easily automated from Egnyte Secure & Govern (S&G). This integration makes the process seamless by fetching identified Issues from Egnyte and creating corresponding records in ServiceNow.
The integration allows users to view logs within the Egnyte app for quick troubleshooting and set severity levels and issue types for precise incident creation in ServiceNow.
