New Features and Enhancements
Improvements in Prompt Library
Egnyte has made significant improvements to the Copilot Prompt Library to make finding, managing, and creating prompts more intuitive and efficient.
The library now includes new categories: All, By Egnyte, Custom Prompts, My Prompts, Favorites, and Trending Now. Users can now easily view the prompts they create under My Prompts. The Trending Now section highlights the most popular prompts within the domain.
Additional updates include improved role-based permissions for better control, the ability to create prompts directly from the library, link them to Knowledge Bases, and smarter prioritization that displays new and trending prompts first, followed by other prompts.
