New Features And Enhancements
Exclude Subfolders from Knowledge Base’s Scope
Users can now exclude specific subfolders from the Knowledge Base scope during its creation. Previously, all the content within a selected folder was automatically included. This update allows users to omit non-essential items, helping improve overall response quality.

The current release contains a few improvements to existing functionality.
