New Features And Enhancements
Create Bulk E-Signature Requests using Templates
Bulk signatures can now be created using e-signature templates, making it easier to send multiple signature requests in one go. It enables users to efficiently request signatures on standard documents, such as NDAs, offer letters, or waivers from multiple recipients through individual requests, all triggered with a single action. It reduces repetitive work, speeds up the signing process, and ensures consistency across all outgoing documents.
Egnyte Sign is available as part of the PDF File Handler Add-On. Contact your Account Manager or Egnyte Sales team to add this feature.
Optional Document Support in Upload Request Templates
Requesters can now mark documents as optional or mandatory directly within the Upload request template. Assignees have the flexibility to skip optional documents and still complete and submit the request, enabling a more streamlined and adaptable workflow.

Enhanced Document Submission Flow
The document submission process has been improved for a smoother user experience. Users will now benefit from fewer clicks and faster uploads, making it quicker and easier to complete document submissions.

Issues Addressed
Accessing Folder Permissions
The permissions tab did not load when accessing the folder from the list view in Document Room Portal.
Additional Information And Resources
The current release contains a few improvements to existing functionality.
- The generic display name Egnyte will be used for sender in the access code email notification to the external recipient of the specific-recipient share link.
- Minor performance, security, and stability improvements
- Minor UI improvements
- Minor bug fixes
These changes will be available to all users by July 10, 2025.
