AI Assistant Enhancements
Egnyte's AI Assistant now suggests relevant questions when opening a Knowledge Base, helping users get started quickly. A new History feature also allows users to revisit past AI Assistant conversations for easy reference.
Issues Addressed
PDF Preview Disappears When Opening The Share Sheet
Opening the Apple Share Sheet while previewing a PDF caused the preview to disappear or fail in the background. Now, the PDF remains visible and stable even when the Share Sheet is accessed, ensuring a seamless preview and sharing experience.
Offline PDFs Show An Error When Shared Or Imported
Marking a PDF file for offline access and then attempting to import or share it caused the file to display a corruption error, despite initially loading correctly. The PDF now remains accessible and displays properly throughout, regardless of whether it’s being viewed, imported, or shared.

How to upgrade
Visit the Apple AppStore to download the latest version of the Egnyte iOS Mobile App (v 8.38) or update the existing app to the newest version on all the devices. It may take up to seven days for the latest version to propagate to all user devices. However, users can manually upgrade their app immediately after the release.
