What Happens if a User is Editing in Microsoft 365 for the Web and then Another User Tries to Update in Desktop App?

When a user edits using Microsoft 365 for the Web, the file will be locked, and no other application (besides another Microsoft 365 for the web session) will be able to save as long as that file is open.
